We were frustrated by foam rollers than bent, broke, and cracked. That's why we started our design process with a composite plastic that's stronger than standard PVC, meaning the BIG roller is a cut above what you'll find in your average gym. Its foam is dense and resists collapsing and distortion from wear and tear, so you'll get a consistent, firm feeling on the first use and the five hundredth.
Our LITTLE roller is softer, but it's still designed to take a beating. And unlike many other all-foam rollers, our LITTLE roller is covered in a special knurling — not unlike a barbell! — that grips the ground to avoid slipping and sliding. Because you need to focus on your muscles and fascia, not worry about falling off your roller.
Together, our two rollers provide a variety of sizes, firmnesses, and surfaces to tackle tightness everywhere. Self myofascial release has never been so convenient.
A Perfect Fit for Every Body Part - Mobility isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither are good mobility tools. Two different rollers means you can pick the surface and firmness right for you and every body part.
Save Time - Having two rollers means more efficient mobility sessions. Roll out your legs and back at the same time, or hit both hamstrings with targeted fascia release!
Two Very Different Surfaces - Our BIG roller featured a firm composite material to provide a slight amount of give with a supportive, firm construction. The LITTLE roller is softer for more sensitive areas.
Compact - The rollers telescope together to save space!
Durable Construction - The last foam rollers you'll ever need.
